Doqet ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.
When you use Doqet, we collect the following information:
Your data is stored securely using Convex, a cloud-based backend platform. Passwords are hashed using the scrypt algorithm and are never stored in plain text. Session tokens are server-validated with automatic expiry. Sensitive authentication data is stored on your device using platform-native secure storage (Keychain on iOS, encrypted storage on Android).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is shared only within your organization workspace with members who have appropriate role-based access. Email notifications are sent via Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), which processes your email address solely for delivery purposes.
Doqet uses push notifications to alert you about task assignments, reassignments, status changes, comments, and explanation requests. Your device push token is collected and stored securely on our servers. It is used solely for delivering notifications and is not used for tracking, advertising, or shared with third parties. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
Doqet supports TOTP-based two-factor authentication. If enabled, your TOTP secret is stored encrypted on our servers. Backup codes are hashed with SHA-256 and each code can only be used once.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active within an organization. If you are removed from an organization, your access to that organization's data is revoked. Items you created remain in the organization's records for audit trail purposes.

Doqet is designed for professional and team use. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Doqet is an invite-only workspace. To get started, your organization administrator needs to add your email address to the organization. Once invited, you can log in using either an email OTP or a password you create.
Enter your work email on the login screen. You can either request a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email, or use a password if you've set one up. If your organization requires two-factor authentication, you'll also need to enter a code from your authenticator app.
Check your spam or junk folder. OTP codes are valid for 10 minutes. If you still don't see it, tap "Resend OTP" on the login screen. If the problem persists, contact your organization administrator to verify your email is correctly registered.
If your organization has 2FA enabled, you'll see an option in your Dashboard settings (gear icon). Tap "Two-Factor Authentication" and follow the steps to scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, etc.). Save your backup codes in a safe place — they can be used if you lose access to your authenticator app.
If you've forgotten your password, you can always log in using the email OTP option instead. Once logged in, go to Settings (gear icon in the dashboard header) and tap "Reset Password" to set a new one.
As a guest, you can submit support requests and feature requests, and track their status. You'll only see items relevant to you and can communicate with your assigned team contacts.
Tap the gear icon in the dashboard header and select "Email Notifications" to configure which types of email notifications you receive (task assignments, status changes, comments, etc.). Push notifications can be managed through your device's notification settings.
Organization administrators can export all items as CSV or JSON from the Admin screen. Monthly summaries are also available within the app for quick reporting.
