Doqet ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data is stored on Convex (cloud backend). Passwords are hashed with scrypt — never plain text. Sessions are server-validated with automatic expiry. Sensitive auth data uses platform-native secure storage (iOS Keychain, Android encrypted storage).
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Data is shared only within your organization with members who have role-based access. Email delivery uses Brevo, which processes your email address solely for sending.
Push tokens are stored securely and used only for delivery. Not used for tracking or advertising. Disable anytime in device settings.
TOTP secrets are stored encrypted. Backup codes are SHA-256 hashed and single-use.
Data is retained while your account is active. If removed from an organization, your access is revoked. Items remain for audit trail purposes.
Doqet is for professional use. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Updates will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

We're here to help
Doqet is invite-only. Your organization admin adds your email, then you log in via email OTP or a password you create.
Enter your work email. Request an OTP sent to your inbox, or use a password. If your org requires 2FA, you'll also enter an authenticator code.
Check spam/junk. Codes expire in 10 minutes. Tap "Resend OTP" or contact your admin to verify your email.
Dashboard → Settings (gear icon) → Two-Factor Authentication. Scan the QR with your authenticator app and save your backup codes.
Log in via email OTP, then go to Settings → Reset Password. If you can't log in at all, contact your admin.
You can submit support/feature requests, track their status, and communicate with assigned team contacts.
Settings → Email Notifications to configure types. Push notifications are managed in your device settings.
Admins can export all items as CSV or JSON from the Admin screen.
